Subject: bug#9529: `quit-window' should return the original window or nil if it was killed instead of nothing useful
Date: Sat, 17 Sep 2011 19:50:59 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAM=K+ip7HsYjxX-cYvw6sSJ-W6USzHgPiqF0W3nkP-gnDHD4+A@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Currently this function works by side-effect only. If it returned
something useful, like the window that was moved away from, the user
could do something useful like display some buffer in the original
window.
