(eval-after-load "isearch" ...) works (although it looks like the
:after keyword of use-package doesn't support strings currently (I'm
assuming your actual use case is (use-package anzu :after (isearch)
...) as described in
https://github.com/jwiegley/use-package/issues/411)).
