Yes:
  $ gcc --version
  gcc.exe (GCC) 4.7.2

  $ addr2line --version
  GNU addr2line (GNU Binutils) 2.23.1

Ok, I've downloaded the package "binutils-2.22" from the MinGW site,
and with that version it seems to work.

But then, it is broken the 2.23.1 version or what?

Anyway, this is the translation I get with version 2.22:
