the problem started after an update. When I try to move files from a
folder to another, while in the dired mode, it denies and gives me this
message:

Thanks for the bug report.
You indicate that this started after an updated. Would you please
clarify which component you updated? Emacs itself or a third-party
package?
I see that you have several packages loaded, so I suspect one of them
may be the culprit. Could you please provide a step-by-step recipe for
how to reproduce this, starting from "emacs -Q"?
Best regards,
Stefan Kangas

Thanks for reply;
The update is universal: Archlinux, emacs, all emacs' packages, fonts,
etc.
I tried to produce MWE. Please, find attached the .emacs after trimming
the majority of packages, leaving only the dired+

You have a 3 years old dired+ version. Drew knows better, but I would
try to install the latest dired+.el version
(https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/download/dired%2b.el)
to see if the issue goes away.

I update the packages almost daily! How do I have the old one?

Thanks, Tino. If I hadn't noticed your mail I
wouldn't have noticed that this bug report
involved Dired+.
Waleed: Please do try the latest Dired+ version.
If you still see the problem, you can report it
to me directly. To get a meaningful backtrace,
load the source file first (dired+.el, not
dired+.elc).
`M-x customize-group Dired-Plus', then click the
link `Send Bug Report'.
And if you don't see the same problem when you
don't use Dired+, e.g. from `emacs -Q' (no init
file), then please close this vanilla-Emacs bug.
Thx.

dired+ is not distributed via any of the ELPA systems, updating it
must be done manually from the location Tino mentioned.

The `.emacs' you attached still loads tons of
stuff, and performs various configurations.
Try starting Emacs with `emacs -Q' (no init
file), and then just loading file `dired+.el'.
Do `M-: (setq debug-on-error t)'.
If the bug is present in that case, then
please report it to me directly, with the
backtrace.
If that's not enough to repro the bug, add
one or more of your Dired configurations, to
see if the error arises. The less you change
the better, for debugging.

Exactly. IIRC, it was distributed within MELPA, as other Drew libs,
until MELPA baned libs stored at emacswiki.
I see you have in your .emacs:
(use-package dired+)
Very likely this downloaded an old version from when emacswiki was OK
for MELPA: you won't get dired+.el updates with that line anymore.

Thanks all;
I downloaded the new dired+.el and had this in my .emacs (so I commented
out the dired-fixups):
(load "~/.emacs.d/loadpath/dired+.el")
;;(require 'dired-fixups)
(require 'dired-tar)
and it works perfect now.
Please, just confirm to me that I no longer need dired-fixups

Dunno what dired-fixups is.
You can try contacting the author of dired-fixups.
Or you can try using some of its code, to see
where the error was coming from. E.g. bisect
dired-fixups, to narrow down which part of it was
causing the problem.
The first question is probably what dired-fixups
is for - why you want/need it? In any case, this
is no longer a GNU Emacs bug discussion, and it
sounds like it's no longer a Dired+ bug discussion.
I suggest you either try doing without dired-fixups,
to see if you're really missing something you want,
or contact the dired-fixups author for help with it.
