Thanks.  Will that propagate to the individual options?

This seems not to give the "This variable was introduced" message:

    (progn (defgroup foo nil "foo" :version "28.1")
           (defcustom bar nil "foo" :group 'foo)
           (describe-variable 'bar))

Do we care to have that message?
