Severity: wishlist

The attached patch adds substitution patterns "%target" and "%network"
so you can do stuff like

    (setq erc-prompt "[%target]")
    (setq erc-prompt "[%target@%network]")

to get prompts that looks like this:

    [#erc]
    [#erc@Libera.Chat]
