I don't, but I rewrote it from scratch with a different approach.

In short, introduce a command that allows running an arbitrary find command, and rewrite the existing find-dired on top of said command.

This hopefully sidesteps any bikeshedding.  If anyone wants any particular command API, they can write their own command on top.  For one-off usage, the user can build their command manually.
