I downloaded the following: http://emacsformacosx.com/emacs-builds/Emacs-pretest-24.3.92-universal.dmg Simply mount the disk image (by double-clicking on it) and open the file " Emacs.app/Contents/MacOS/Emacs". Unlike earlier releases, the "Built on" field is marked as "Multi".
