This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

running windows xp home edition danish locale
on a laptop
with MOBILITY RADEON 9000 screen-card

After a clean start (and any other):
c:\programmer\emacs\bin\emacs.exe -q

I load up any buffer with text that exceeds one screenfull
(eg. C-h C-f 2C-assiciate-buffer <ret>)
I position the frame so that the text (not the modeline) in the bottom
of the frame gets hidden below the "start menu"/ "task bar" (or
whatever it's called) and move the point down with down-arrow or C-n
until the screen scrolls up - now the picture of the taskbar gets
copied and moved up together with the text, and stays there garbled.
