This is little bit weird. First time I press v I get index out of range, but then if I move cursor and try again it works fine.

No idea what it is. Emacs version I tried in is: 27.1 (build 1, x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2020-08-21.

There is attached file "new". The file was created in enriched mode and
saved.

in latest Emacs, reproducible by:

- C-x C-f to directory with file in my case ~/

- pressing v on file "new"

- error comes: format-deannotate-region: Args out of range: 177, 177
