Commented out my config in init.el and put it there= , reloaded emacs (to make sure there is no conflict)

And nothing, I still get the non localized ones. Tried with emacs -Q and = evaluated the forms (both with and without

require)= , still nothing. Tried on official build in emacs 28.2 and it seems to work= , this evenining I will try to build

emacs from sou= rce myself (both main and emacs-29 branch), I will see what happens.

> Can you te= ll me more about this?=C2=A0 It sounds very bad and important.

It=E2=80=99s a 6 mon= th contract in the private sector. They=E2=80=99ve given me a laptop with w= indows but I=E2=80=99m really limited about what

I = can or cannot do with it. For example I could not install and use Cygwin, a= nd I had to install MSYS2 via a package manager

cal= led Scoop, that basically installs everything under its own folder living i= n the user home. I also cannot install WSL as that

= needs to be enabled via Windows Additional Features (the motivation given t= o me was that it interferes with other VM solutions

and I don=E2=80=99t know enough about windows to say otherwise, since I=E2= =80=99ve been using GNU/Linux for 10+ Years (fedora and now guix on

my desktop). I can=E2=80=99t even choose which browser or = which extensions I am supposed to use (yes, it=E2=80=99s bad, but as far as= I know while

not a common experience, it isn=E2= =80=99t particularly uncommon either).
