The doc strings of such commands should say that if no files are marked
then the file of the current line is acted on.
Yes, this is standard procedure for Dired. But someone checking out
what `A' or `Q' (or an equivalent menu item) does might not be aware of
this. It doesn't hurt to add a few words to let them know.
