Subject: emacsclient thinks buffer still has clients
Date: 18 Nov 2002 08:15:59 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87zns7ohq8.fsf@jidanni.org> (raw)
$ emacsclient /tmp/a
Waiting for Emacs...
^C
$
and in emacs: C-x k
it says the buffer still has clients, and asks if I really want to
kill it.
But I had already killed it's client with ^C, but it doesn't know
that.
It's trying to protect me. That's nice. But it should say something
different.
By the way, I wanted to show you the exact line I saw in the
minibuffer, but alas it is not stored in "*Messages*" or "
*whatever...", one would need to use emacs -nw and cut and paste.
