WDYT?  Assuming that Dired calling unsubstituted characters
"wildcards" is indeed a problem,

- can someone come up with a better phrasing?
- is the highlighting, as implemented in this patch, helpful?
- does anybody know why `y-or-n-p' prompts lose their face property?
