I only found the following, but there is no explanation what kill files mea= n: 8.13 Kill Files =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D =20=20=20=20 Gnus still supports those pesky old kill files.
