Nice; never used popup-menu before (I think).

I've now changed eww to use menus for selects (and also made it possible
to use the mouse to click on a select value).  Looks pretty good, I
think...

I think this fixes all the problems discussed in this bug report.  The
<select multiple> is not handled, but that's a separate report.
