With all these bound
C-b quail-prev-translation
C-f quail-next-translation
C-n quail-next-translation-block
C-p quail-prev-translation-block
<down> quail-next-translation-block
<left> quail-prev-translation
<right> quail-next-translation
<up> quail-prev-translation-block
no wonder the user goes bananas trying to move around text after being
happy with his selection.
In the past, the first four were left unscathed. Now you bind them all.
I notice some are hardwired into quail-translation-docstring too.
I see
If SIMPLE is non-nil, then we do not alter the meanings of
commands such as C-f, C-b, C-n, C-p and TAB; they are treated as
  non-Quail commands."
But it is not clear what to put into .emacs, and I like your TAB still.
OK it's true some people may be arrow people and some control people
and who's to say if the two should be divorced...
emacs-version "22.1.1".
