emacs -Q
C-h i
Navigate to some Info node.
C-h k, then click mouse-1 on the node name in the mode line.

You should see `Info-scroll-down-up' described, but instead you see
`mouse-drag-mode-line' and `mouse-set-point' described.

However, C-h k works correctly for mouse-3: `Info-scroll-down' is
described.

In GNU Emacs 23.1.94.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2010-03-23 on G41R2F1
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --no-opt --cflags
-Ic:/imagesupport/include'

I'm unable to reproduce this, so I'm guessing it's fixed since 23.1.

I still see it.

And frankly, I don't expect anything else: "C-h k" for mouse clicks is
notoriously hard to get accurate, because the processing of a click is
so complicated. I don't see how the help system can know statically
what can be computed only dynamically, by trying several bindings in
succession until one succeeds.

So I won't lose any sleep over this issue. Especially since the
tooltip that pops says what will happen with each click.
