OK, found one bug: eww had stopped rendering <select> tags at some
point.  I've fixed that and I got one stage further: The site directed
me to https://arxiv.org/find/all/1/all:+foo/0/1/0/all/0/1 as it
should...

But somehow I still got "no search terms"...  until I reloaded the page,
and then I got the results.

*scratches head*
