* dired-x doesn't have default action for .cpio's

dired-do-shell-command of dired-aux doesn't know what to suggest as a
good default action when presented with a file.cpio .
Go ahead, try it yourself,
$ touch a.tar a.cpio
$ emacs -l dired-x .
Then use "!" on them and see what you are prompted with.
Looks like pure favoritism towards tar.

Indeed, were talking oversight here:
21.2/lisp/dired-x.el:
   ;; Some other popular archivers.
   '("\\.zip$" "unzip")... but no cpio.

Maybe dired-guess-shell-alist-default should add "cpio -iv < " as the
cpio default.
