Subject: bug#37643: Be consistent about inserting matching pairs
Date: Mon, 07 Oct 2019 15:18:01 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87r23pc9cm.8.fsf@jidanni.org> (raw)
M-( makes (). Nice.
M-{ doesn't make {} but instead send one flying.
I suppose they didn't have as many {} in lisp as ()'s when the guy wrote it.
Sigh.
OK, there should be a matching pair variable one could set,
that would bind the rest of them, and even "" '' ``.
