I discovered that if you have line truncation on, and are at the end
of a very long line, when you hit (toggle-truncate-lines) the screen
doesn't change.  However, if you are a the beginning of that line, it
then correctly stuffs the whole line into the screen.

Sorry, the long line in my example caused the message to get cut off.

C-u 1 1 1 - <escape> x t o g g l e - t r u <tab> <return> C-x <escape>
<escape> <return>

See how the screen isn't restored to the wrapped version.
