Subject: toggle-truncate-lines at EOL

I discovered that if you have line truncation on, and are at the end
of a very long line, when you hit (toggle-truncate-lines) the screen
doesn't change. However, if you are a the beginning of that line, it
then correctly stuffs the whole line into the screen.
