ImageMagick and Emacs refuses to display that image:
arsi@corrigan:~$ display /tmp/a.svg
display-im6.q16: width or height exceeds limit `/tmp/magick-27365hcL0Svs4ikfZ' @ error/cache.c/OpenPixelCache/3802.
It's a weird image and starts with
<svg xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" width="57.793ex" height="6.843ex" style="vertical-align: -3.005ex;" viewBox="0 -1652.5 24883.2 2946.1" role="img" focusable="false" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" aria-labelledby="MathJax-SVG-1-Title">
That's... some viewbox.
Anyway, this is not an Emacs issue, but an issue with the SVG libraries
Emacs uses, so I'm closing this bug report.
