The check-declare library canʼt find a function that is declared with
 cl-defun.  The regexp at line 151 of check-declare.el needs to have
 cl-defun added to it.


In GNU Emacs 27.0.50 (build 5, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.30)

Yup; I have now done this on the Emacs trunk.
