* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-lib-tests.el (cl-lib-test-loop): Remove
duplicate.
(cl-loop-destructuring-with): Move to cl-macs-tests.el.
* test/lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-macs-tests.el: New file.
