Indeed this isn't such a big problem, just a bit confusing, as the
variables have slightly different doc-strings.
Perhaps we should make the equivalence more explicit by declaring
'outline-minor-mode-cycle-map' as a possibly obsolete variable alias to
'outline-minor-mode-map'.
