Please describe the parameters to the function.

If you want to refer users to another function, where these are defined,
that's OK too.

Sorry, there was a typo in the Subject line.
This is about function `insert-file-contents-literally',
not function `find-file-literally'.

(Probably a yank error. Sorry.)

There are 5 parameters for `insert-file-contents-literally'.
I think it would be enough to say explicitly that the args
are the same as for `insert-file-contents' (in addition to
the behavior being "like `insert-file-contents', but...").
