Add M-g M-{ and M-g M-} for visting previous and next error files.

I find M-g M-n and M-g M-p quite useful for visting rgrep results.  M-g
M-{ and M-g M-} could be quite useful to skip (spurious) hits in an
uninteresting file.

In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.4 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.20.1)
 of 2013-03-31 on debian-6.05
