On the copy-rectangle-to-register docstring, mention how to yank it
back, as the user won't figure it out looking for commands called
yank- or -rectangle-. Yes Info has the answer, but fix the docstring
anyway.
While you are at it, provide a copy-rectangle-as-kill, so we needn't
resort to copy-rectangle-to-register just because we are in a
read-only buffer.
