Subject: bug#12454: 24.2; GNU Emacs manual: Reference to invalid variable gdb-use-separate-io-buffer
Date: Sun, 16 Sep 2012 09:53:04 +0530 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <87boh6k34n.fsf@gmail.com> (raw)
Quoting section '27.6.5.1 GDB User Interface Layout' from the GNU Emacs
manual (accompanying Emacs version 24.2),
"However, if `gdb-use-separate-io-buffer' is `nil', the I/O buffer
does not appear and the primary source buffer occupies the full width
of the frame."
The variable gdb-user-separate-io-buffer no longer exists.
