Obviously this is the best solution!

I didn't know about this, and really like it. Recently Emacs seems to
save up all the "foo.el is newer than compiled file" warnings and feed
them to me at random intervals, usually while I'm trying to use the
minibuffer. Maybe this option will fix that.
