(mapatoms (lambda (sym)
            (and (commandp sym)
                 (get sym 'repeat-map)
                 (message "repeatable %s" sym))))

gets you the potentially repeatable commands. Whether theyʼre actually
repeatable depends on whether 'repeat-mode' is active.
