Apparently the box name isn't encoded to UTF7 properly, which is odd.
When I try it, it doesn't fail.

And the code says:

		     (nnimap-command "UID COPY %d %S"
				     article
				     (utf7-encode internal-move-group t)))))

Does your version of utf7-encode not encode things correctly?
