I was the original author for wikipedia-mode.el. It does simple syntax highlighting and works fine for the limited feature set it aims at. I've since handed over maintainership to Uwe Brauer (oub@mat.ucm.es), and I can't attest to how it's changed since then, because I haven't used the later versions. There is another mode called wikipedia.el, which was being developed by Paul Pogonyshev, but further development on that seems to have been discontinued and I don't know how well it works in practice.
