I build Emacs with a small script like this, nothing specific (AFAICT):

This is what I tried:

- I killed Emacs
- Moved all files in ~/.emacs.d/eln-cache/ to another directory
- Started "emacs -Q"
- No native compilation at all in ~/.emacs.d/eln-cache/, not a single
 .eln is generated

I guess this is not the expected behavior, right?
