According to the discussion in bug#60894 I expected it to be
rather like this:

  (setq-local treesit-sentence-type-regexp "tag")
  (setq-local treesit-sexp-type-regexp
              (regexp-opt '("element"
                            "text"
                            "attribute"
                            "value")))
