 Hello,

Grouping inside two complement display mode doesn't work.
I tested this with emacs 23.2 and the trunk version.

Here my simple recipe:

emacs -Q
M-x calc

b w -16 RET
1 n RET
C-u d 2
d g

Message "Grouping is on" is appeared, but without an effect.

Thanks for the bug report.
This has been fixed in the trunk.

Thanks for the quick fix.

Unfortunally `d g' grouping by 3 and not by 4 digit, which is default in
non-two-complement display mode. TIA.

PS: Jay, can you add Bug# in Changelog for better tracibility. That
would be great!

Okay; now that's been fixed, too.
In two complement the grouping is by 4 digits for bases 2 and 16, just
as with non two complement.

Sure thing.

Jay
