It should say what the effective limits on WIDTH and HEIGHT are: The
cursor cannot extend beyond the size of a frame character (apparently).

In GNU Emacs 25.0.50.1 (i686-pc-mingw32)
 of 2014-10-20 on LEG570

Configured using:

Is "frame character" a known term?  Or is there a different limitation
here, as, er...  uhm...  default character?  I forget the term.
