From emacs -q (with 26.0.90), M-x list-timers RET shows:
You have typed Á ¸ l i s t - t i m e r s, invoking disabled command list-timers.
Beware: manually canceling timers can ruin your Emacs session.
Should be an M-x instead of the "Á ¸", and maybe we remove the spaces
in between all the characters following it.
