Thanks, but does that really work in a fresh build? iso-transl.el is
loaded by loadup.el _after_ bindings.el, so when bindings.el is
loaded, iso-transl-ctl-x-8-map is not yet known. Shouldn't we have a
defvar for it in bindings.el?
