It's a bug in calc.texi: it violates the following requirement of
Texinfo:
The '@setfilename' line specifies the name of the output file to be
generated. When present, it should be the first Texinfo command (that
is, after '\input texinfo'). ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
