I am using Emacs.app in the latest CVS version with a black
background.  When the cursor is not in the relevant window,
I get a long yellow streak in the other window.  This is new
today, I didn't have it yesterday..

In GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (i386-apple-darwin9.4.0, *Step 9.0)

I am also getting this streak in the same window and having trouble getting
rid of it.
