 of 2004-03-10 on NYAUMO
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.2)'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I just downloaded and installed the precompiled binary this evening.

Following these steps in a fresh Emacs session:

Open the Customization Browser,
Expand the Postscript group,
Open the PS Print group,
Open the Apropos group,
Toggle Apropos Do All to on,
Type F1 a <RET>,

I receive this error message in the echo area:

Symbol's function definition is void: ps-x-color-instance-p
