trunk macos build bustage

I am not sure if this is the right place to report a bug on the mac  
os port.  if it isn't please ignore or push me in the right direction.

I am building w/ the following:

./configure --with-carbon --without-x
make bootstrap


A current trunk pull of the source fails to compile due to the wrong  
signature in /emacs/src/dispextern.h.  This patch is needed:
