I just noticed that if you do: (debug-on-entry
'reverse-all)
before calling reverse-all, and step through it in
the debugger (using the command "d")
then the second case yields the expected behavior
instead of the bug that occurs when the debugger
is not used.
However, the third case still yields a bug.
