GNU Emacs 21.3.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2004-07-26 on BERATUNG4,
Windows XP SP1.
mouse-yank-secondary in *info* buffer gives error Wrong type argument:
char-or-string-p, nil.
It should no doubt just say that the buffer is read-only (assuming you're
not editing an Info node).

I suppose that should have been sent to emacs-devl@gnu.org or wherever
CVS bug reports go.

Indeed, in Emacs 21.3 none of these commands have "*" in their
`interactive' spec:
mouse-kill
mouse-yank-at-click
mouse-yank-secondary
mouse-kill-secondary
