Last NTemacs available from ftp.gnu.org: 20.7

Dear bug-gnu-emacs

On the ftp site for the window$ port of gnu emacs 
   ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/windows/emacs
one can find only binaries for the versions up to 20.7.

Versions 21.2 and 21.3 have only the "real soon now" (RSN) promise, for
really long now (RLN). I have listen in the gnu.emacs.help newsgroup that
the binaries were provided by the maintainers.

Jason Rumney sent me the precompiled Windows binaries for Emacs 21.3:
