Subject: bug#38233: 27.0.50; Broken bidirectional text display
Date: Sat, 16 Nov 2019 20:13:00 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <2807EA1C-97F8-473E-BAFD-44105B6EA13D@acm.org> (raw)
etc/tutorials/TUTORIAL.he is displayed incorrectly: each line (including the cursor) starts under the right fringe rather than to the left of it. On Linux, the file looks all right at first but moving point about will garble the displayed text. On macOS, it's wrong right from the start.
e0bcc25f64 is to blame, according to git bisect.
