Subject: bug#23238: [PATCH] Fix alignement rule for CSS

The attached patch fixes a bug in `align-rules-list` for
`css-declaration`. The Regex rule didn't recognize properties with more
than one word like `background-color`.

I've sent an email to asign@gnu.org and I still got no response. We
shall consider this work as Copyright paperwork exempt since it's only
one line.
